Case Study: How We Scaled A Pet Brand From $10k To $200k Per Month In Under 30 Days (And Selling Out All Of Their Stock Twice In 4 Months)
- Super Pets Official is a boutique pet brand based in the US selling dog training toys & accessories. They had a unique product with a great market fit and knew it was massively scaleable, they just didn’t know how or where to start.
- We quickly applied our strategies, testing, optimization & scaling frameworks and began ramping up the spend.
- The Results:
- Within 3 days after the initial strategy session call, we had a complete strategy in place for our full Facebook funnel.
- Within 24 hours of the client saying yes & getting onboarded, we already had their first round of ads live.
- Within 1 month of launching, we were achieving 2.5x ROAS while tripling current ad spend levels. We began spending $2.5k-$5k+ per day in ad spend while increasing the ROAS.
- By the end of the second month with the client, they had already sold out of the stock they thought they wouldn’t be able to clear and we had to scale down temporarily.
- They received stock again by mid-Jan and by the end of February/early March we had run into supply chain issues again. Now twice selling out all of their stock using only Facebook Ads.
- By the end of March, a little after over 4 months of working together, we generated over $578k in revenue from just over $225k spend, at a profitable 2.57 ROAS while scaling aggressively.
Case Study: Generating $400K+ Revenue From Only $12.5K Ad Spend In 30 Days For An Adventure Brand Using Google & Facebook Ads.
We started working with this American-based adventure brand in October 2020.
The client had been managing the ads in-house prior to this, with a team that was far too overworked and didn’t have enough time or expertise to properly manage, optimize and scale their accounts.
We quickly applied our testing, optimization & scaling frameworks and began ramping up the spend.
The Results:
Within 3 days after the initial strategy session call, we had a complete strategy in place for both Facebook & Google Ad Accounts.
Within 24 hours of the client saying yes & getting onboarded, we already had their first round of ads live.
Within 1 week of launching all of our primary campaigns were now live.
By the end of our first month with this client, we’d already doubled their ad spend, and 8x’d the revenue coming from their ads as a result of this scale.
On Google, we went from $5k spend and $30k in revenue, to $7k spend, $88k revenue.
On Facebook, we went from $465 spent and $18k revenue, to $5k spent, $320k revenue.
Now that the initial testing is done, and foundation is set across both of our key platforms, it’s only a matter of time before we take them to 7 figure months.
